This removes effectively all size limits on pfps, since even 2048×2048 of random noise would only be 12M.

Due to regular spam from guest accounts - forum is changed to read-only for guests. This will make administration much simpler, since it's much easier to get info in regards to spam sources when it comes from a registered user. Carpet IP bans will follow.

А большинство спама-то от хохлоботов с ссылками на .ua домены приходит. Смешная хрень.
